In order to install Windows 7 on a new Dell Desktop or Laptop which was shipped with Windows 8 Pro. You must disable Secure Boot and enable Legacy Boot.
- Turn on or Restart your Computer
- Continually press F2 to Enter the BIOS
- Locate the Secure Boot Option and set it to Disabled
- Enable Legacy Boot
- Save your BIOS settings and exit
- Install Windows 7
